About Raquel

As a highly-sensitive creative, my passions used to look just a bit too big for me. For a long time, I felt I was too introverted to make it in theatre and overly sensitive to deal with the demands of running my own business. I couldn’t figure out how to be an artist and an entrepreneur in a financially viable way, aligned with my family life, producing great impact while not being on the brink of burning out. It felt like living my dream was impossible and that taking any other path meant cutting off or numbing an essential part of me, in a way or another.

After loads of online self-learning and many tests and trials (mostly test and errors), I discovered B-School and The Coaches Mastermind. They were simply life-changing. Having a community, brilliant mentors and a clear step-by-step plan made achieving my dreams not only possible but utterly more fun and fulfilling.

Art is not a one-player game. There’s nothing more inviting of flow and inspiration than an artist at work, and I’m yet to find a better medicine for creative blocks than an expert, empathic listener. As a creator in the digital era, being a master of your craft is rarely enough for developing and sustaining a creative career. And yet, the emotional labour, entrepreneurial and communication skills required in our profession are seldom explored by artists and creatives. It’s time to change that - and you can start it today. 

Through this process, I created a method that enabled other artists and me to follow their wildest dreams in a way that felt authentic and doable. I love helping artists find and walk their paths ­every step of the way.
