1:1 Deep Coaching Sessions
60-minute sessions, held online via Zoom. Safe, focused space for depth, clarity, and real-time transformation.
Flexible Scheduling
Packages available in 3, 6, or 12-session containers, designed to meet you where you are.
(One-off sessions also available for focused support.)
Ongoing Messaging Support
Stay connected between sessions with optional voice/messaging check-ins.
Simple Tools + Reflections
Personalised practices, journaling prompts, or rituals to support your growth between sessions, if aligned.

A little bit about me...
I’m Raquel — a Deep Coach and social entrepreneur walking alongside impact-led humans as they navigate growth, creativity, and meaningful change.
My work weaves together deep listening, expressive arts, and purpose-driven coaching. I hold space for truth to surface, for voices to be heard, and for next steps to emerge from the heart, not the hustle.
I’m the founder of Imaginari Theatre, where we create playful, powerful experiences to support children’s mental wellbeing. I also host Art Impact, a podcast exploring the creative path of impact-led entrepreneurship.
Originally trained in theatre and education, I’ve since walked many paths - artist, founder, mother, mentor. All of it has shaped how I hold space: gently, truthfully, and with deep respect and reverence for the courage it takes to grow.
