Daniela Hofmann on Mindful Coworking & How To Care For Yourself While Doing Meaningful Work #19

SHOW NOTES

In today’s episode I’m talking to Daniela Hofmann, founder of the cabin, a beautiful and nurturing online coworking space. Daniela sees work as a form of creative expression and a vital contribution to our communities and society at large. She supports purpose-driven startups and SMEs as a business advisor and facilitator and runs the cabin, a mindful online coworking space, to help changemakers focus on doing meaningful and inspiring work.

Creating the cabin was driven out of Daniela’s own need for a space that allowed her to focus on important and challenging work wherever she was in the world, in a mindful, gentle and kind way to herself. And so, the cabin was born – a mindful online coworking space that combines focused work with meditation, movement and intention.

“Even though in your creative work you’re first of all showing up for yourself, you’re always working for a purpose bigger than you.”

- Daniela Hofmann
