Find Your Why, Expand The Power Of Your Art with Lee Prosenjak #34

SHOW NOTES

In today’s episode, I’m talking to Lee Prosenjak. Everything Lee does is to create art, so that everyone can discover their own inspiration, love and greatness. He embodies enthusiasm, cultivates cohesive work groups, and facilitates the conversations that truly matter.

Lee and his wife Stephanie have owned and operated Cherry Creek Dance in Denver, Colorado, for 29 years and are dedicated to creating art every day. They inspire more than 2,500 students to dance weekly.

Lee is an amazing facilitator and leads energetic and effective strategy sessions, retreats and training for organizations and individuals. His impact is global, having worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders in 30+ countries in the last thirteen years.  Lee divides his time between the Bahamas and Denver.

We’re talking about…

  • How having a clear WHY (a term coined by *the amazing* Simon Sinek) can help artists to expand the power of their work.

  • Why Discovering my WHY was tremendously impactful in my professional & artistic career.

  • The Art of Facilitation.

  • The relationship between your artistic purpose and your engagement with your audience and partners.

  • Cherry Creek Dance, and building an outstanding and inspiring dance studio.
