Plan Your Year Effectively as a Creator #10

SHOW NOTES

In today’s episode we talk about a few simple and powerful planning exercises for artists that will help you work this year feeling less anxious and overwhelmed, and also give you more freedom.

Does planning your year gives you the itches? Do you feel anxious, does it feel like a recipe for frustration, does it feel limiting, like wearing tight clothes, when all you want to do (and definitely should be doing) is free dancing? I feel you. You’re not alone.

Oh time. For most creators, having a friendly relationship with time it’s an intentional practice. We have so much more ideas than time to materialise them - and adding to that, beyond all the crazy-beautiful projects we feel called to start, we have well... life, like everyone else - bills to pay, children, cats and parrots to take care of, chores, grocery shopping, sick days… and hopefully a few good weeks of holidays too.

So… how can we ever make everything fit?

Let’s dive in.
